An assortment of all four of Boccalone’s hard salami including: Orange & Wild Fennel Salame, Soppressata, Brown Sugar and Fennel and Salame Pepato.  All of Boccalone’s salami feature heritage-breed pork, Italian sea salt, and the highest-quality spices, slow-cured in a natural casing. Each 6-8 oz. chub is unsliced, wrapped in paper.
