We strive to ship Internet orders as quickly as possible following receipt of the order, subject to our shipping schedule below. If for some reason the product you have ordered is not available, the item will be placed on back order and we will notify you via email of the options for receiving the product when it is available. Please note that prices are subject to change without notice.
To minimize the time our products spend in transit, our default shipping option is second-day air; overnight shipping is available for an additional charge. To ensure our products arrive in optimal condition, shipments for non-refrigerated products go out only Monday through Wednesday for orders received before noon Pacific time, while any shipment including fresh sausage generally goes out only on Wednesdays. Orders received through our web store after noon Pacific time Wednesdays through Sunday will ship the following week. Fed Ex will only ship to street addresses and will not deliver to P O Boxes. All orders containing salumi must have a street address for shipping.
We regret that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and that Boccalone cannot be responsible for product spoilage due to a delivery not being received or stored properly. Shipping and handling charges will be applied to all exchange orders.
Orders may be canceled with advance notice. If you wish to cancel a recently placed order, we will do everything possible to honor your request. We are confident that you will love your selection. If a product arrives damaged or spoiled through the transit process, we will happily replace it.
