An English-style breakfast sausage that is finely ground and has a hint of citrus and sage. This family recipe comes from Chris Cosentino's English side of his family, the Eastons, who operated Easton's Newport Sausage company in Rhode Island from 1860 to 1942. Includes: Three 12-ounce packages of Easton's Breakfast Sausage.
