Salumi Society
The Boccalone Salumi Society is designed for serious salumi lovers but you don’t need to know Ciccioli from Capocollo to join. All you need is a love of tasty salted pig parts, a sense of adventure, and the ability to attend our twice-monthly Salumi Saturdays to pick up your Sacchetto (small bag) containing an ever-changing assortment of fresh sausage and salumi selected from among Boccalone’s 23 varieties of artisan meats. For your convenience, we offer two levels of membership: the Piglet and the Boar.
Salumi Society members enjoy priority access to Boccalone’s full line of salumi – including limited-edition items such as prosciutto and lonza – and Members-Only pricing on Boccalone products at Salumi Society pickups and Boccalone’s online store. Memberships run for three months, during which you will receive a total of six Sacchetti. Sorry, but we are unable to offer shipping or home delivery of the Salumi Society Sacchetto at this time; membership is limited to those able to attend our Salumi Saturdays.
We currently offer Salumi Society pickups in 2 locations; Oakland and San Francisco.
Oakland pickups are the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month at our plant.
San Francisco pickups are the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of the month at Incanto.
