New at the Salumeria:
Piccolo Cotto - A smaller version of our cooked ham - perfect for the holidays - it comes ready to eat and at approximately 3 pounds serves 6 - 10 people.
Mortadella with Black Truffles - This luscious mortadella is a delicate balance of fat, meat and spice, with a blast of earthy Italian black truffle and a hint of pistachio. With its pillowy texture, it’s great sliced thin or in chunky cubes. Available in one-pound individual mortadella or sliced to order.
